GWM AUSTRALIA (incorporating sub-brands HAVAL, TANK & ORA)

We currently provide legal services for all aspects of the business. Steven's association with GWM commenced in 2015 when the business was in start up and launch phase. Steven established the legal framework for the business been the key legal advisor on all all legal matters for the last 10 years. Steven's built up knowledge and understanding of the business makes for a smooth working relationship to this day with the business now cemented in the top 10 car makers in Australia by sales volume.

SITRAK AUSTRALIA (a division of SINOTRUK International)

We are the sole legal counsel for SITRAK AU. Steven developed a franchise model suitable for SITRAK's distribution network of Heavy Duty Truck Dealers in Australia working with the local management team and SINOTRUK China. We now provide local Australian legal support across all parts of the business and look forward to a long association with this rapidly expanding truck manufacturer in Australia.

KGM AUSTRALIA (Formerly SSANGYONG MOTORS AUSTRALIA)

We provide an outsourced General Counsel service for SsangYong Australia. Steven has looked after all legal work for the company continuously since shortly after the subsidiary company was established in 2018. The directors have peace of mind knowing that the business has a constant legal presence and all legal needs are accommodated.
